Hi there. I have been having height t3 free results for some time but my doc doesnt' seem to be concerned;however, I notice that I feel much more anxious and uncomfortable and I'm wondering if it's related and what I can do about it. This is from February and the T3free was higher two months prior to this. Would appreciate any advice.
T3 Free 4.09 (2.20-3.80)
PTH 64 14-72
TSH 2.03 (.34-5.66)
T4 total 8.2 (5.5-10.8)
T4 free .77 (.52-1.21)
T3 uptake 42.6% (32-48.4%)
Vit d hydroxy 27 (30-100)

What do you take for thyroid meds, and had you taken them before the draw?

Anxiety and excess energy are both symptoms of too much FT3. Were your symptoms worse when your FT3 was even higher?

Are you supplementing D? It's really very low of optimal.
