In order to best assess your test results we need to know their reference ranges shown on the lab report. Also, please tell us about any symptoms you have.
I am sorry I did not think about it.The given values are:
TSH: 1.28 mU/L (0.3-4.5)
T3 libre: 8.01 pmol/L (3.23-6.47)
T4 libre: 232.20 pmol/L (9.03-23.22)
I am quite irritable the last years but I am not sure whether this relates to thyroid or changes in life. I have also psoriasis so the skin is not fit. Thank you
Are you sure about the T4 result. Could it be 23.2 instead of 232.20?
Are you taking any thyroid med?
I do not take any medicine for the time being. I have been alerted the whole day for this extremely high value; now I am waiting a response from the lab to see whether there is a typo. I think I should redo the test.
Your Free T3 is high, being over the range, but the Free T4 just looks strange to be that high. Regardless, even if the Free T4 is 23.22 rather than 232.2, along with the high Free T3, that indicates the need for further testing. I think the first test should be for TSI, to test for the possibility of Graves' Disease.
thank you very much for your feedback. I will do some research on Grave's disease...
Is there a possibility a mis-diagnosis of psoriasis instead of Grave's dermopathy?
Sorry, not familiar enough to comment on that.
