Your TSH is slightly higher than the recommended range of 0.3-3.0; however, we need the reference ranges for Free T4 and Free T3.  Ranges vary from lab to lab so you have to post them together so we can compare your results with the ranges listed on your report.  Also, what's your actual vitamin D result?  Are you supplementing that?  Have you been tested for Hashimoto's? Any other tests done?

Your TSH is higher than it should be, indicating that you have hypothyroidism, but we have to look at that in relation to your Free T3 and Free T4.

What are the reference ranges for the T3 and T4?  Reference ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  Also, are those Free T3 and Free T4?  If the report doesn't specify Free, then they will be Total T3 and Total T4, which aren't the same tests and aren't as helpful, but are a start.

What, if any, symptoms do you have?

Have you had any antibody tests done to determine if you might have Hashimoto's?
