side effect of thyroid medicine (levothyroxine 50cmg)
since i took levothyroxine 50cmg tabs, my period circle longer than normal, from 28days circle to 35 days,feeling muscle pain and weak at hips, may any 1 tell me why?
Definately retest but I would be inclined to ask for specific labs and not just have them run the TSH alone as so many do.
Running the FT3-FT4 and TSH together would be my choice to have done along with some female hormone panels depending on your age and other issues

Would retest thyroid levels and adjust dose if needed -- sometimes menstrual cycles may change for a few months when adjusting thyroid status.
