Hashis/Hyper: Medicate or Not?


I have been in remission from Hashimotos for 10 years. During my second pregnancy, my thyroid numbers went hyper, but normalized after delivery. After my third and most recent pregnancy, labs went hyper, but are still abnormal at 12 months postpartum. I started the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol in January and my numbers have been improving. I have been unmedicated all this time, but endo wants me to start 5 mg of methamizole.

I had an ultrasound this month and it was normal - no masses or modules. I've been trying to avoid medication, because I'm breastfeeding, have seen results with healthy eating, and I was to to try and conceive soon.

I started Vitamin D3 today. It seems that my numbers have improved every month without medication. I am so afraid that the methamizole will turn me hypo or make things worse. I'm also not sure whether medicating or not is best for current breastfeeding and wanting to have another baby soon... Here are labs:

What's the reference rang e for the current Free T4?  In order for us to give the best advice, we  have to compare results with the ranges from that particular lab draw.  As you can see the ranges varied with each draw.
