Do I have a low or high thyroid? What to do?

What to do?  46 female
Been on desiccated thyroid medication for my Autoimmune Thyroiditis - ( hypothyroidism low thyroid) 8 years.
Thyroid Profile came back as:
T3  7.13, T4 1.59, Total T4 9.59, TSH 0.02.
So if all of a sudden I know have high thyroid, why is it that I still can't lose weight, even though I eat a very, very clean diet and do a 1 month yest free detox cleanse every 6 months.  Lets not even mention all the other side effects that I continue to have with Low thyroid.

Looking to feel better. Been struggling for too long.

Before discussion, please clarify if those are Free T4 and Free T3 or Total T4 and Total T3.  Also, please post the reference ranges shown on the lab report for those results.  And please tell us about the symptoms you are having.
