I recently had labwork done that has led to treatment for hypothroidism.

Kindly, what kind of diet or nutritional changes can I make to help with the hypothyroidism?

Read my recent post titled: I have thyroid disease, and I feel GREAT!

BTW - You most likely have Hashimoto's, which causes 90 percent of hypothyroidism in developed countries. Hashi is an auto-immune disease, not just low thyroid function. People with hypothyroisim will commonly have low adrenals. Get the 24 hour saliva test for adrenals. The blood cortisol test is outdated.

Just good healthy whole foods diet.  Minimise soy.  Stay away from junk foods, refined (white) carbs, and highly processed foods.
