Increased TSH

Hi,

I am 32-year-old female.  I had muscle cramps, back pain, weakness, fatigue, for the past 6 months.  I thought it might be due to some gynaecological problem.  So I visited my gynecologist.  She asked to take blood test for TSH, T3, T4 and sugar.  The results were Total T3: 179 ng/dl, Total T4: 8.80 ng/dl, TSH 43.39 uiu/ml by CLIA method.  After this test she wanted to confirm for hypothyroidism, so she asked to go for Free T3 and T4.  The results were Free T3: 2.39 and free T4 0.80, which were normal. My gynecologist advised me to consult a general physician.  The TSH seems to be high, whereas the free T3 and free T4 are normal.  Am I really suffering from hypothyroidism.  Shall I have to undergo treatment.
