Thyroid medication side effects

I take Synthroid for hypothyroidism. I wonder if it can cause pain in joints. For me, its specific to my shoulders. I'm okay at rest, but reaching, stretching, donning/doffing clothing -- causes sharp pain that lingers.

Joint pain can be a symptom of both hypo and hyper (overmedication).  Do you have any other symptoms?

Please post recent thyroid lab work results with reference ranges.  Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.
