thyroiditis early menopause???

Hi
Ive had a couple of nasty periods of thyroiditis. My TSH T3 and T4 hormone are now normal (dont have exact number atm), but am getting weird symptoms
poor concentration, constantly tired
tingling in feet.
flushed hands and face
I had a curettage in february to remove endometrial hyperplasia (non-cancerous)
I also had a haemorrhaged ovarian cyst which had to get cleaned up which was attached to my bowel (congenital apparently)
I also have had an inflamed cervix and some precancerous cells detected 3 years ago (nothing since)
I take the contraceptive pill Zoely as it is the only pill that evens out my mood
Now my mother has blatantly asked me if I am going through menopause....
I turned 30 a few months ago.... could this be why I feel terrible

Hypothyroidism seems much more likely.  Please obtain and post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.  Also if tested for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin please post those as well.
