Sweet Tooth
I am on the Low Iodine diet for the next two weeks, I was wondering what are the Sweets that are allowed to eat, I have a terrible sweet tooth and the cookbook had no sugestions, so looking for what sweets I am allowed to have. Someone said Gummi Bears but not sure if that is true, so any suggestions would be Great.
