Synthroid Question

I have been on Synthroid for 46 yrs. Last August my TSH was 0.13L, T4free 1.4, T3 free3.1,T3 total 99. Based on those results mainly being the TSH the doctor immediately said I am on too much Synthroid(75mcg) and wanted to lower it. I know that meds should not be lowered based just on TSH. I ended up continuing the 75mcg and had a blood test 6/6/22 with the following results. TSH 2.70, T4free 1.1, T3Total 68L. Now the TSH is in normal range but T3 total is abnormal. Based on the new tests I would like your opinion regarding my Synthroid dosage. Also what is interesting is that I have had a positive ANA for 20 yrs and it is Negative for the first time. How can that be? I believe I have Erythromelalgia based on my research and symptoms.
