THYROID MEDICATION

My daughter had a total thyroidectomy for Graves Disease when she was 14. She is now 22 years old and she takes 120 mg of Armour Thyroid.  I am concerned with her lab work and what an opinion would be if she is getting too much or not enough Armour Thyroid. Her doctor seems to think it is ok.  Her most recent lab work shows:

Free T3     4.3
TSH          0.02

Low TSH suggest that Armour dose is too high.  TSH should be no lower than 0.1
Preferably between 0.5 to 1.0 or 1 to 2 if she feels well at those ranges.

TSH seems a little low, she may not be getting enough replacement hormone.  It is hard to tell without lab reference ranges on the T3.
