I have hyperthyroidism, my TSH level was 0,01. I am taking Methimazole 5 mg twice during 5weeks, my TSH level became lower 0.006 than it was before I started taking Methimazole, I wonder why???

Is your doctor testing FREE T3 and FREE T4 also?  If so, please post results and reference ranges.

Have you been diagnosed with Graves'?

TSH can vary a lot.  The change from 0.01 to 0.006 is really insignificant.

Are your symptoms improving?

before i start treatment T3 total was 162(79-181 ng /dL), T4 total was 9.8 (4.5-12.0 mcg /dL), T4 free was 2.4 (0.8-1.8 ng /dL), TSH W/refl free T4 was 0.01 (0.40- 4.50 mIU /L
after 5 weeks since I started taking Metimazole: T4 is 6.57 ug/dL (5.00-12.0)
T3 is 139 ng/dL (81.0-199), anti- TPO is 0.1 IU/mL (less 5.1)
My symptoms are improving, I don't know about being diagnosed with Graves, I will ask my Dr.

Yur T4 has come down considerably, which is what it should be doing on methimazole.  Your most recent T3 and T4 were total T3 total T4.  You should ask your doctor to test FREE T3 and FREE T4 every time he orders labs.

Graves' disease is diagnosed through a blood test called "thyroid stimulating immunoglobulin" (TSI).  If TSI is elevated, it indicates that you have autoimmune hyperthyroidism.  Your doctor should test that at your next labs as well.
