My thyroid? Feel alone at times

hello everyone, I'm new to the community and feel alone at times, it began when I was a teenager and my head would be hot a lot of the times but the rest of my body would be cooler, so anyways I never really payed attention to it because it wasn't that bad, fast forward to December of last year I noticed a lump in my neck (well my doctor did at a random check up )band he immediately requested I visit the endocrinologist and an ultrasound and biopsy and t3 and t4 tests .. The ultrasound came back as a cyst. The biopsy results says it's a cyst as well and the doctor said its benign but it had old blood ?? The t3 and t4 results came back as normal but I'm still sweating and have a ton of hyperthyroid symptoms. I mentioned them to the endocrinologist and she mentioned I had hand tremors as well.Interestingly my thyroid lump shrunk when they did the biopsy., but they can't rule out it being or turning into malignancy so they want me to wait 3 months then come back to the endocrinologist.I got that news a week ago ..  Meanwhile I'm still sweating like crazy , it's too the point where any normal activity or errand I'm sweating.. Waiting in line at the grocery line I'm sweating :/ , I'm 26 year old male.. I have a lack of sleep I'm exausted and I feel hyper at times with cold hands and feet . By the way I have felt like this for most of my life except since I got my lump in my thyroid it has gotten much worse to the point where it's effecting everyday things .. Firstly, any input would be greatly appreciated . Secondly who do I go seek for medication for the sweating and nervousness feeling and some of they hyperthyroid symptoms I have? Do I go back to my endocrinologist or back to my regular doctor for follow up medication for this dang sweating and an appointment for my sleep apnea.. while I'm doing the 3 month "waiting" period..
Thank you

Well I'm going back to my regular doctor with my test results . I have no clue as to what he'll test next. But isn't it odd that I get a thyroid cyst and then Immediately these symptoms get worse? I just wanna get the sweating and my sleep apnea taken care of and I'll be more than satisfied. Those are the main irritating symptoms I've got since my thyroid cyst came about, and I was hoping the endocrinologist could pre scribe me something but since the results come back normal I'm screwed n still suffering and looking for answers

Sorry, posted prematurely.

Your Free T4 test, at 1.5, is well within target levels, at 70% of the range.  The T3 Uptake test is outdated and not very useful.  Your TSH is at a normal level.  There is nothing in those results that points to an answer to your symptoms.

Those symptoms are some that can be related to being hyperthyroid, but your test results so far do not confirm.  You are missing one very important thyroid test, which is Free T3.  You should try to get that done and make sure they always test for Both Free T4 and Free T3.  While you are at it, I would also suggest testing morning serum cortisol.

Since your doctor has decided your thyroid status is fine, what additional tests does he plan, to diagnose your symptoms?

Rather than having two threads going on the same questions from you, I have taken the liberty to copy the lab info from your second thread and post it below.

"T3 uptake is 33 with reference range 22-35% , my t4 free is 1.5 with reference range 0.8-1.8 ng/dl, and lastly my tsh is 2.23 with reference range 0.40-4.50 mIU/L ... My endocrinologist states my results are normal.. But As stated I'm still suffering :sweating like crazy, hand tremors, fast heart beat, nervousness."
