Need helping understanding my thyroid labs

Hi I need some help I just don't understand all the "thyroid talk" like t3 t4 and tsh.. I was diagnosed with Graves in 2009 haven't had any treatment since 2013 due to insurance... I just had some lab work done and my tsh is 0.177 and my free t4 is 1.80 ... are these numbers really bad ? And what exactly does it mean ? I'm not able to get an appt with my dr until next month and my aniexty is getting the best of me .

What's the reference range for the Free T4?  Reference ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report for the best comparison.

What, if any, symptoms (besides the anxiety) are you having?

Hyperthyroidism typically shows very low TSH, high free T4, high free T3.
