In trying to assess a person's thyroid status the most important consideration is always symptoms. Do you also have any other symptoms? Next in importance is biochemical tests. Please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.
Those two tests tell you that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, but they don't reveal anything about your actual thyroid hormone levels. You need to be tested for Free T4 and Free T3 (not the same as Total T4 and Total T3) every time you go in for tests. If tested for those, please post results and reference ranges shown on the lab report. If not tested already can you get those done? Also hypothyroid patients are frequently deficient in Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin. Can you also get those tested?
