I would definitely wait until your levels are normal. It could take months, sometimes a year or more depending on the person. Do not rush this pregnancy. Get your levels fixed first.

Your TPO indicates Hashimoto's Disease. You will always have those TPO antibodies. The trick is to get enough thyroid hormone in your body, so your thyroid goes to sleep and the antibodies no longer attack it. Also, I sure hope your doctor is treating your FT4/FT3 levels, and not just your TSH. TSH is a pituitary hormone, and doesn't paint the whole thyroid picture.

You should be seeing an endo who specializes in thyroid. Mary J Shomon wrote a book about pregnancy and thyroid disease. I have one of her other books, and she seems to know her stuff.

Here's her website:http://www.thyroid-info.com/

Take care...
