hypothyroidism symptoms

Iam thinking i might have hypothyroidism since my dad and sister both have it.I noticed i have a lot of the symptoms,but the worst is the brain fog.Also i noticed i get dizzy very easily and my balance is off when i walk.Does anyone know if the dizzyness/vertigo/motion sickness is common with having hypothyroidism?also,can chronic stress bring on hypothyroidism?thanks

Without blood work, it's impossible to say whether you have hypothyroidism or not.  Start out by getting tests for TSH, Free T3 and Free T4.
