thyroid level and synthroid

HI this is my first time on a forum but I have reached my peak with the topsy turvy thyroid issue. I am hypothyroid and my TSH level is 0.05.  Now my md says that's fine, says its suppressed.  I looked back on past blood tests and that's the lowest ever for me.  I am currently taking 150mcg of sythroid daily.  I'm tired, anxious, dizzy, foggy headed and it's hard to concentrate.  I am so ready to feel better but I need advice, please help.

Do you have hashimoto's? If so you need to keep your tsh at least between a .50-1.0. If you do not have hashi's, most patients do feel best around a 1.0. It really is up to how you feel. I would say you are on the hyper side probably at a .05 and could be the cause of the symptoms.

See if he would agree to get your level to .5 or a 1.0, that level in my opinion is still making you hyper. Ask about decreasing your dosage to 100mcg. From i know your TSH level should be between .3-3.5  your level is TOO LOW....
