I have graves disease. i wonder what kind of bread can i eat and how much of it can i take? thanks!
Breads have gluten and I persoanlly try to avoid all of them. WHOLE grain is best I assume - but gluten and bromine is still present in most of your choices.
There is no reason not to take reasonable amount of breads if you like it as long as you are not sensitive to gluten.
