It could be. Do you have thyroid blood work? If you want to confirm or rule out Hashi's, ask your doctor to test the two antibody markers for it. These are TPOab (thyroid peroxidase antibodies) and TGab (thyroglobulin antibodies).
Also, have you had FREE T3, FREE T4 and TSH tested? Those will tell you if you are hypothyroid. If they have been tested, please post results and reference ranges.
the only test they have done is Feb 13, 2015 TSH 3rd Generation 1.23 mIU/L

That's a "normal" TSH. However, TSH is at best a screening test for asymptomatic individuals. Many factors can make TSH unreliable. So, your testing isn't sufficient.
Since your symptoms could be caused by thyroid, perhaps you could persuade your doctor to test FREE T3 and FREE T4. On both of those, you want to be well up into the middle of the reference range, not just on the bottom.
The two antibody tests, TPOab and TGab, will tell you if you have Hashi's.
If the doctor will order those, we'll be happy to help you interpret them.
they don't seem to want to do any test since that test was in the normal range , i see an endo dr next month maybe will get something done there thanks for all your help
If no one will order FT3 and FT4 for you, you can order them online without a doctor's order. Of course, you have to pay for self-ordered labs.
