Hyperthryoid help

Hello, I have been on armour thryoid for a few months but know something is wrong. I am having lots of problems such as :irritability, low sex drive, bad memory, tired, no energy, body's weak, tremors, extreme hunger, can't lose weight, constipation Wondering if anyone knows what is going on and what to do ? I see my dr tomorrow and would love help on how to go about this. I am not able to exercise 4 hours a day so exercising the extra calories off is not an option.

I do not know if I am hyper or hypo. The dr told me I am hyperthryoid but I originally had all the sypmtoms of hypo when he put me on armour 15mg a day starting. I starting having all sypmtoms the of an over active thryoid. Now I take 30mg twice a day but have the symptoms of hypo. I see an endo on wednesday who just took bloods the other day. Here are my last labs:

prolactin- high 19.40 normal is 2.50-17.00 on labs
shbg 14.1 normal is 13-71 on here for males
tsh 1.8
free t4 0.7 normal is 0.8-1.9
free t3 3.5 normal 1.5-4.1
cortisol 9.4 normal 5.0-25.0
anti tpo ab <10 normal 0-35

What are your latest thyroid hormone levels?  Sounds like you might need an increase in your Armour.

What dose of Armour are you on and how long have you been on it.

Most of us are not able to exercise for 4 hrs/day... we have to watch our food intake to make sure we don't eat extra calories.
