Can you please tell me what are the risk for me and for the baby to be, if i try to concieve while still under Tapazole? Cause i was told that its very risky but the dotor didn't told me the what the risks are so I am confused right now. Can i also stop taking tapazole without the doctors clearance?and why is it that the Doctor increased my dosage from 1/2 tab.tapazole 3 x a week to 4x a week?? is there a need for her to increase it?thank you very much..

Your TSH at 0.70 is low if you are pregnant and it can affect the foetus if not treated properly.
If you stop taking the anti-thyroid med, you will have hyperthyroidism and that can result in miscarraige sometimes.
You should be making a list of questions and asking your Doctor all of them.
I know its not easy to remember everything when you have a consultation but it is good to have a list of questions ready.
And yes there is a need for her to increase the Tapazole.
