I agree with the others - talk to your doctor before using any product with that warning.

Also, it's my understanding that if you once HAD thyroid disease, you will always have it, whether or not your thyroid has been removed.  I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong on that........

I have found that I can get the jitters with some of the otc meds that carry the warning if I take them too close to my Synthroid.

The technical answer would be to ask your Dr. -- and you may want to do a community search on upper rt. hand side that may bring up some other posts .. I recall other discussions with helpful replies if nobody else has replies over the weekend for you.

Keep us posted!

As the lable said...ask your doctor.

But, in any case it is best to be safe then sorry.  I have gotten into the habit of reading the labels on everything.  Even sunscreen and makeup.  Over careful?  Maybe.

I have had a bad reaction to a cough syrup  because of not reading a label.  A lady in my support group had a reaction to a brand of sunscreen.  Too bad it was awhile back and she forgot the name.  She did tell us the doctor told her it may have been something in the sunscreen.  I don't take chances.

Usually the warning is on over the counter medications , but check everything
