low thyroid, high testerone, any relations?

I have Hashimoto's Thyroid which I was diagnosed 8 years ago after having my first baby. I was told years ago I had PCOS. Recently, 10 months ago, I had my 3rd child and have been through the ringer ever since.
I take 175 mcg of Synthroid. Recently I was told my testerone is very high so I was given Estrogen in a cream form.
If I have PCOS, why is my insulin very low. I am being told that the 2 are not related.
My thyroid has not been level since being pregnant. My dose has been continually going up. I have taken the estrogen cream and feel worse. I feel emotional and even broke out in pimples. They lowered me to 1/2 of the low dose. Doesnt make sense. Are they missing something? Is there more than this?
I have severe brain fog and memory loss...... I am tired....should I see someone else to help?????

I am having my adrenals tested. I did saliva test for cortisol and DHEA.

I'm interested in an update. You may have seen my recent post about my hormone levels. I'm not overweight but was very bloated and have been on a gluten free diet for a week and lost an easy 5-7 pounds this week. I'm trying to figure out how sex hormones, thyroid hormones, and gluten all work together. Any insight would be appreciated!

test that were done on 7-24 are:

Estradiol  39 pg/ml
FSH        7.0 mIU/ml
LH          11.0 mIU/ml
Prolactin  5.3 ng/mL
Progesterone .7 ng/mL
INS like growth FAC1  194
Insulin     1.6 uU/mL

Testerone Total     87.2 ng  which is high
Free testerone      14.9
Bioavaiable            37  all are high

I have been on a gluten, lactose free diet for over 6 weeks and have lost about 10 lbs
I have 30lbs to go. I had a tubal ligation last Sept after having a baby. My testerone is extremely high and did estrogen cream for 2 weeks and never felt worse.

I would think you were estrogen dominant and don't require estrogen cream. Did you have a full panel of FSH - estrodiol ( not estrogen) - testosterone AND progesterone?

If the thyroid meds are not talking right in the body many other hormones fall short or feed.
