It's best to take other meds at least 3 hours away from thyroid meds so that they don't interfere with absorption.  However, I think you probably just need more levo.

I would contact my doctor before using those home remedies.  Some of them seem harmless, but I notice a big emphasis on iodine in them.  IF you did have Hashi's, increasing iodine might be contraindicated.  It can make the autoimmune response worse.  You should probably find the cause of your hypo, if possible, before taking them.

Your symptoms can be from the following:

Low FT3 and FT4
High insulin
Low magnesium (due to the high insulin)
Statin drugs (lowers cholesterol and CoQ10)

Thank you very much goolarra. Yes I take other meds with atleast 3 hour gap but sometimes less than 3. do you think these gap can lead to FT3 and FT4 deficiency ? by the way I found a home remedy website. Do you think it is ok to follow these remedies ? I tried to contact my doc but apparently he is busy so he didn't returned my call.

Your hypo may or may not be caused by Hashi's.  Your doctor should run TPOab (thyroid peroxidase antibodies) and TGab (thyroglobulin antibodies) to confirm or rule out Hashi's.

However, both your FT3 and FT4 are too low in the ranges, and you have hypo symptoms.  You should talk to your doctor about an increase.

Do you make sure to take all other meds 3-4 hours away from thyroid meds?
