What are your most recent blood test results?  If you could post them, along with the reference ranges from your lab report (these vary from lab to lab, so must come from your own report).

Going for 75 mcg to 125 is quite a jump; it may have been too much and made you go hyper.  Some symptoms "cross over" from hypo to hyper, particularly the fatigue.

It's usually best to increase your med by small amounts; like going from 75 mcg to 88 mcg, then to 100, etc......... There might be a dosage between 75 and 100 that's right for you, but you wouldn't know that because you skipped right over it.

Please post your latest TSH, FT3, FT4 results, and reference ranges.  That will help members comment more fully on your particular situation.
