HOwever, if you are on thryoid meds, the low T4 would indicate that you need an increase in thyroid meds.
TSH during pregnancy should be kept ideally in range of 1 - 2. But optimising FT3 and FT4 takes precedence.

you need to know that during pregnancy the reference range for T3 and T4 is about 50% higher than for non pregnant.
So the increase is not a concern.
I need to see your range, but the levels look ok. Perhaps a repeat test in about 4 weeks.

I'm not sure what you are asking? Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid problem? Are you on some type of thyroid medication?
What are the reference ranges for the T3 and T4, and are they "Free" or "Total"?
It's not necessarily "normal" to have thyroid issues while pregnant; you need to get your levels normalized for both you and your baby.
