Pressure around forehead and nose bridge/lightheaded feeling

Hello. For the past week or so, I've often felt light-headed, occasionally with accompanying pressure around my forehead and nose bridge. The first time I noticed the pressure was during a panic attack I had a week ago, which I suspect was from stress I'm feeling about my parents divorce. At first I thought the pressure was simply my head messing around with me during the episode, but it returns often and get worse during exercise. The lightheadedness has made studying and concentrating during class difficult and sometimes I feel as if it's the prelude to another panic attack. I've also had difficulty sleeping and occasionally wake up feeling detached and worried while also shivering from nervousness.

I think I've also been feeling something of a mild depression recently, no doubt due to my parents divorce. If there's any relationship between my difficulties or if these head issues are something else, I'd appreciate some expert input. Thanks!

And before I forget, a bit more background information. I'm a 19 year old male college student. I found out about my parents' divorce about a month ago, but the unpleasant symptoms have only been around for a little more than a week. I'm pretty healthy and have a blood pressure of around 130/77. The only previous complications I've had with my head were around three years ago when I had these bizarre headaches that eventually went away on their own, required no medication, and were completely different from what I'm going through now. I may or may not have had a panic attack two months ago when I experienced a similar episode, though this was preceded by two nights without sleep and general lack of eating and drinking (except coffee). I received no official diagnosis. Thanks again!

Hi, it sounds like it could be sinusitis but anxiety and depression can also cause the weirdest symptoms, take it from someone who knows, i went through it for 2 years around the age of 22. I also had panic attacks and started to feel scared of everything health/death related. I also used to get lightheadedness and odd headaches which were caused by the anxiety. Best thing to do, make a doctors appointment and tell them how you feel , it can be a bit of a battle to get them to take you seriously so prepare for more than one visit. Eventually they prescribed me a low dose anti depressant and after a year everything was fine.

Hope this helps!
