Answer me please

Had a protected sex with my partner during her cycle but 3 days after got a rash inside my mouth and penis so I went to the emergency room and they did a STD test which was syphilis, gonorhea, herpes, chlamydia and everything came back negative.Wasnt still sure I went to see a dermatologist who did a biopsy of the rash on the penis ,and said it was rash but the result was saying I should see a generalist to look carefully if it is not a condylomata, after that I went to see another ENT specialist for the rash inside the mouth and we did a biopsy which said it is mycoses and he told me it gonna go away but two months later they are still there.I lost a lot of pound I guess like 10 and I have 4 black sign on my right arm. My body is itching. What do you think it can be? Why they didn't test hiv during the std test?

You will need to test specific for HIV.  However, it does not affect you this way.  Sounds like you have been smart enough to get the tests... keep testing until you find it.  You might even repeat some tests since some do not show up right away.  Sorry about this, you know we all fear it.  Also, you might want to ask the partner, nothing pursued nothing gained, right...
