How long does it take to get a Lyme disease blood test results?

My husband has been sick for two months.  In the hospital 4 times in 6 weeks.  Fever 99-101 very day.  Sleeps, joint pain.  Three times in the hospital they did test on his heart cause he had symptoms of heart attack .   But heart is in good shape.  Pain between his shoulders.  Sweat, fever, Then they said he had the flu.  Nobody else has ever gotten sick.  I ask them if he could have Lyme disease because he had been hunting.  Finally they did a blood test they said was for Lyme disease but we have heard nothing in three days.

There are very few labs in the world which are able to detect lymes disease, so please don't hold your breath.
In addition to this, you must understand that the medical system in its entirety is in denial as far lyme's disease goes, as a chronic infectious condition
When it comes to chronic lyme's disease, the  medical community doesn't recognize a diagnosis of chronic Lyme disease, which would be exactly the case after 2 months, should your husband have  lyme's disease indeed.
Want this to go forward?
Get in touch with an experienced LLMD (lyme literate
medical doctor) and have the testing done at IGeneX
Labs, the golden standard for testing for Lyme's disease.
If you live in a lyme "unfriendly" state, you may have to cross state lines and go to close-by lyme friendly state
to get this done.
Can you describe in greater detail his symptoms/signs.
How about  any recent test results?
Please let me know.
Best wishes,
Niko

As of today.... still temp of 100.  Aches and pain throughout body, today he said across the chest.  Sweating.  Sleeping.  Loss weight 15 pounds, doesn't eat much to tired and weak.  Noticed some dehydration. Been drinking ensure, and Gatorade, cold chills.  First three visits they tested the heart, heart is great!  Sent him home with a 101 fever.  Next visit they did labs and said he was fine.  Tested urine. Said he was fine sent him home.  Said he has the flu.  No one else around him is sick. He Could hardly walk out of hospital.
