I agree, you should see a gyno. I have had trans vaginal u/s and ct which the latter picked up on some areas an u/s didn't. It was nothing sinister, but I do need a hysterectomy at some point to address my issues.

What u r explaining sounds normal. Even tho annoying I don't think you should worry too much. If the women in your family have had the same thing about the same age as you perhaps it's just a family history.
I don't know your age but I got the same way when I reached peri menopause.
Maybe a trip to the Gyno should be in order, can't hurt right!
