Hi sillyblondegirl,.
You sure have gone through 2 above average risk procedures, which may or may not have a role in your current symptom presentation.
If you had no known post ACDF complications then it is less likely that
ACDF is a contributing factor.
My suspicion would be leaning toward the Essure implants.
And my confidence in FDA in keeping us safe from potentially harmful drug and procedures is extremely low!
Why on earth would FDA shield Bayer from any Essure product liability and litigation???
Last month there was a bill introduced in Congress to ban Essure
(called the e-free act) to protect unsuspecting women from having this
device installed , after thousands of complaints ranging from severe pelvic pain to the onset of autoimmune disease.
A friend's wife after 4 children decided to have an Essure implant and after the initial inflammatory phase, instead of getting back to normal, her health started deteriorating rapidly. Chronic fatigue, unexplained fevers and pains,
allergies.
Her Gyn. suggested to see an infectious disease doctor to be checked for Lymes Disease! Who's kidding who here?
This mother of 4 was in great health prior to this and has not been outdoors
since her procedure, other than going to doctors appointments, as she's been so sick! I believe they are considering to have The Essure removed, but they're looking for a specialist who can remove the entire implant intact, without removing the uterus and tubes and without leaving any traces of any Essure material.
Your small goiter is indicative of a potentially serious upcoming or undetected present thyroid issue. What tests did you have to rule this out?
I understand that with standard tests, there are more cases of hypothyroidism missed, than not!!!
It could be also secondary to possible adrenal issues, caused by ongoing biological (hidden) and mental stress.
Your suv. cysts being down so low, like L4-L5 level or so would affect lower back, legs and feet, but nothing above that level.
You could be allergic to the nickel component (BIG mfg mistake) of Essure
or even to the titanium (about 3.5% of people are allergic to titanium).
Why do doctors not test for these PRIOR to the procedure????
Please do a search under Essure Problems, if you haven't done so yet.
Best wishes!
Niko
Thank you Nico. My husband also thinks that the Essure is to blame. I have had tests for adrenal problems and Lyme! I resume my medical insurance in January. Soon as that reinstates I will finding a surgeon the remove them, that will at least eliminate that source and narrow the cause down, if nothing else. Thank you for your input!
