Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
If along with swollen lymph nodes you had fever, then you must look into EBV infection of other causes of fever.
Dizziness could be due to postural hypotension (blood pressure falling with change of position), internal ear problems and cervical spondylitis. All these cause dizziness when you get up from lying down position. Cervical spondylitis and ear problems also cause dizziness on changing the position of the neck.
Other causes are anemia, GERD, hypoglycemia or low sugar and some endocrine problems. It is really difficult to comment without examining you.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Hi I am not sure if this is what's going on with you, but you might want to look into dysautoonomia ,  It may have something to do with your blood pressure , try to be very hydarted, drink at least 64 oz of water a day and do some reseach on this topic, it's very common and not easily diagnosed.  Good luck!
