I have a pain in my right upper arm .
I have had a pain in my right upper arm on the side of my elbow basically all the way to my bicep. It is a throbbing, sharp pain. It does it randomly but the more I use it the worst it hurts. If I drive or lift stuff all day(work) it will hurt so bad at night and I can't get comfortable or nothing. It is really irritating. I am not sure if it is from sleeping on it wrong or wat but it has been like this for a little over a month now. Also it always hurts when I get in my vehicle to drive. Not sure if it is my position I'm sitting or wat but I don't want to go to the hospital. Any idea what could be causing this pain?
