I don't know if this belongs here or somewhere else, but, for the last few years I've noticed some interesting details that I've wondered from time to time if I should be concerned or not.
So, first of all, I've noticed that I've seemed to have acquired really poor blood circulation. I could be sitting, either in a chair with both feet planted on the floor, or sitting cross-legged anywhere or something in between and after only a few minutes my legs would go numb until I started moving them again, which usually required me constantly shifting positions or bouncing my leg. Naturally I just presumed that it was a side effect of a car accident I was in several years ago where I was hit by a car while on my bike, but recently some more things have occurred. This has been going on since I was 16 or 17.
Lately though, I've been having a hard time sleeping. Not because of sleep deprivation or anything, I get plenty of sleep, honestly, it's just that I can no longer sleep comfortably because whenever I sleep, I lose circulation in my right arm, starting at the shoulder. Now, I'm a "I sleep on my stomach" kind of sleeper, so my sleep position leaves my left arm usually under my pillow supporting my head and my right arm is matching my body, though usually perpendicular to myself at a right angle. Up until a couple months ago (roughly November 2018) It's never been a problem, but now I usually wake up in pain and unable to move my right arm for several minutes each morning. I've found a good temporary solution to this is propping my shoulder up with a stuffed animal or a pillow, specifically where the collarbone meets the shoulder, so it rests slightly higher than my body and I wake up fine.
Otherwise the only other things I've noticed is I'm a little more flexible in my limbs and fingers, despite having fairly bad knees (because of the aforementioned car accident and a few too many tumbles from my bike to the asphalt when I was younger) and I bruise fairly quickly if I hit into something unexpectedly.
If weight or background might be a factor, I'm roughly 5'4" to 5'6", about 250lbs, 26 years old and I know for a fact that I have a bit of Irish, Swedish, Italian and Hungarian in my background (possibly also a little Native American, but that has not been confirmed by anyone yet). so if anyone has any information about what this could possibly be, please let me know!
Thank you all for your time!
