Long, flat fibrous strings in poop

I was constipated for a couple of days which happens now and then. I took a cup of Smooth Move Tea yesterday afternoon and then had a normal BM this morning. Well, it felt normal. When I looked in the toilet, I saw the tip of my BM had what appeared to be several strings sticking out of the tip.

This might be TMI but I took a pair of old tweezers and pulled at the string. It appeared to run the length of the BM which was about 5 inches. The strings were also very strong like dental floss. Before I flushed I broke off a piece. I rinsed it off and it was almost exactly like floss. It was single layered and flat, very fibrous and a texture like dental floss. It has a similar width to floss as well. It dried up pretty quick.

I'm not an expert but it doesn't appear to be something that was ever alive at any point. I dont think it's a worm. I only drink filtered water from home and I have not traveled anywhere. I'm not an expert though! Obviously! Any idea what this could be?
