Multiple Issues - Frustrated as Hell!

Hello group,

My name is Sean and I am 37 years old. I am so frustrated with being diagnosed with Flu'  & viruses and things that aren't even relevant. While continuing to be a Guinea Pig, My life is going to hell
Theres a lot to add here..This has been going on for several years and getting worse.

Shortness of Breath
Whole Body & Head Profuse Sweating - even in 40 degree weather - A fan must be on me at all times-
Extreme fatigue
Eye Floaters
Occasional White specs of light
Dizzy Spells
Short term memory
Body aches
General Malaise
Depression
Subnormal temperature (AVG 96.8)
Panic Attacks

Anyone else out there with these symptoms? Please come forward and share
what this could be. It is debilitating and ruining my life Big Time. No doctors or professionals can figure it out. I know something is going on with my body and I am so sick of this.

Please let me know if you have the same problems with a accurate diagnosis that is improving.

Best Wishes,

Sean

Advice:  don't assume all your symptoms are related to one single disease process. When you separate some of them out, the ones that are truly worrisome will stand out. An example? Floaters are so common that nearly everyone has them.

Go where the gold is - your low body temperature is a clue. If you were my patient, I'd be looking very carefully at your thyroid and adrenal function; either of those, if disrupted, can cause sweating, fatigue, body aches, general malaise, clinical depression and frank panic attacks. As for others' advice on foods to avoid or chemical sensitivities, feel free to go down whatever path you like, but I would make sure I had uncovered every physiologic stone first; Dr. Teitelbaum's book is on treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and fibromyalgia, and while you MIGHT have one of those, I'd hate to see you going down that path when all along you had Addison's (adrenal disease) or hypothyroidism!

Good luck in your search and don't forget to ask re: adrenal testing - many doctors forget this system!

Also, get rid of all chemical items within your home.  Such as:

room deodorizers; plug in air fresheners; scented laundry detergent and fabric softener;  colognes; perfumes; in other words you must live in almost a scent free environment.

Once you have done the homework of Chemical Asthma and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, you will be enlightened and be able to help other people.

Also, you will find that exhaust fumes will steal your breath away; gas fumes, etc.

Do some research on Chemical Asthma and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and you will find your problem.

Get off of the artificial sweeteners and diet drinks and all type of diet and/or calorie saver foods.

I know you will be bright enough to see the light....

Your subnormal body temperature is a big clue and can be the reason behind some of your symptoms.
Read about Wilson's Syndrome.
http://www.wilsonssyndrome.com/

Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum wrote a book that I think would be helpful to you, "From Fatigued to Fantastic."  He also has a website with much of the information in his book, at endfatigue dot com.   https://secure.endfatigue.com/
Dr. Teitelbaum information also addresses the problem of low thyroid function.

Hope this will help.

Sorry to hear you are going through hell, I know how you feel.  I am 37 also and have so many symptoms I cant list.  I always say I have gone throgh hell but noone understands because they havent officially diagnosed me with anything official.  Anyway I try to use my aweful experience to help others.  I am usually god at diagnosing  but your symptoms seem unrelated.  Are you overweight or underweight do you sleep and have you had any testing done??

the only thing i can comment on is the floaters! if you don't already know this (which you probably do): apparently floaters in the eyes are caused by the sack of fluid in the eye pulling away from the cells at the outer surface! it's more common in short sighted people because of the shape of the eye usually being longer! apparently dehydration can cause the sack to reduce in size (very slightly) and cause more floaters, and obv make your vision worse! i just wonder if it's a symptom of you sweating soo much! in fact a few might be dehydration!

i guess it's down to whatever is causing the sweating! sorry i'm not much help!
