New skin lesion(?) on scalp, need help identifying

Hello. I'm a 23 year old male living in LA, and I wanted to ask for opinions here since I won't have a chance to see a doctor til the next time I'm back in my home state. This dark-pinkish lesion(?) is a fairly recent development (within the last 3-6 months) on the right side of my scalp just below my hairline. It doesn't hurt or feel any different from the surrounding skin, and I believe the color has stayed pretty constant (here is a link to a picture of it: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-j93dZfZz4WRy1HSk9qWlBIR2h3bkhlUndsUE01VXdIX1FN). I tried to do a bit of research online and am a bit worried since I haven't been able to identify what exactly it might be. The only medication I take is Adderall, 20mg twice daily (although lately I have been taking less). I have also occasionally felt somewhat depressed recently. My diet isn't the best but I have been trying to make a conscious effort to eat fruits/veggies/etc. Please let me know if you can help w/ any insight. Thanks in advance.
