Warm sensation in my throat when lying down in bed

Hi, I have been having a warm sensation in my throat but not a burning one, I am not sure what it is, it only seems to happen when I lie down in bed where my esophagous is flat, I don't have any other symptoms apart from this, and it is constant, I would have to get up for a while for it to stop, right now it doesn't seem to cause any issues with day to day or night to night, I am currently having it right now when I type this. I am looking for what could be happening. The warm sensation in the throat is the only symptom I have.
