Can anybody help me? Embarassing question :/

Ok for the past probably good month, maybe more, i dont remember, i have had a problem with going to the bathroom. I am constantly having a bowel movement or having an urge to have a bowel movement. Yesterday for example wasnt too bad compared to other days, i had a bowel movement 6 times and 3 or 4 urges to have one. The day before was one of my worse days. I have a bowel movement probably a good 12 times and had too many urges to count, probably somehwere around 20. When i go and actually have a bowel movement, its only a little and its very soft. Its not diarhea soft or watery but just really soft. In between the times i actually go i will have really bad urges to go almost to the point where i think if i dont get to the bathroom its going to go in my pants but when i get to the bathroom nothing comes out. 2 days ago like i said was one of my worse days and my worst day so far. I noticed that i started getting extremely bad pains in my lower stomach. The worst one was when i got up and was walking around my kitchen, i doubled over in pain and felt like i was going to pass out. I broke out in a sweat and lost my breath. Its a very severe stabbing feeling in my lower stomach/hips. Does anybosy know what this is or what i can do for it. Its really starting to annoy and worry me. Im in the process of trying to have a baby with my fiance and i have problems with my ovaries so im under enough stress as it is and upset enough about that we havent gotten pregnant yet, having abnormal bowel movements and pain is really the last thing i want to think about. And by the way no im am not pregnant so that wouldnt have anything to do with it, i had my period this month and took 3 tests before my period and 1 after just to make sure cuz my mom had periods when she was pregnant and they all came back negative so pregnancy is not the cause. If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I'm sorry you are having these pains and abdominal issues. Are you sure your appendix is not inflamed? Are the pains in the lower right quadrant and tender to the touch? If so, get it checked out as you don't want an appendix to burst.

I'm having the same thing! I have ovarian cysts and I don't know if that's causing me to poop so much, but it hasn't done it before. I think I might be lactose intolerant but I've had three bowel movements so far today and on tuesday I had 6. I'm cramping all over and I don't know what's wrong./: I'm supposed to start my period around next week so maybe that could be the cause? I don't know, but I don't understand why this is happening.

You need to see your primary doc and you should get referred to a gastroenterologist.  There is no substitute for getting this checked out.  If you want to get pregnant, you need to get healthy first.  Do not let them dismiss you.  You sometimes have to be persistent and see them for this issue alone.  Do not be shy.  This could be many things.  Maybe you need an antibiotic or maybe you need to get off dairy or gluten.  But if you don't fix it, it could be complicate your pregnancy or the baby's health, so take action.  Don't say no to upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, or barium enema.  Avoid CT scanning if possible because it is not the most effective and it delivers radiation.  MRI also not most effective and it is expensive.
