Bunch of little symptoms....Need Input!!!!!!

So I'm not really quite sure if there is anything I should be concerned with, but the past few months I've had a few problems pop up and would like some input. I've been experiencing extreme sensitivity to light lately especially driving; not even just at night but during the day if someone has headlights it is extremely painful. I've been getting not nose bleeds in the gushing sense but every time I blow my nose there is a fair amount of blood. Some pretty bad migraines which aren't that unusual but I haven't really had one in awhile so in a way they are. Also light headedness and nausea, difficulty falling asleep, and really bad dryness in the back of my throat but not dry mouth, and out of the ordinary irritability/over-emotion. Does anyone know what any of this means or if I should be worried at all. I have a tendency to worry myself over nothing but all these symptoms together are kind of alarming to me. One thing I do worry about is meningitis, my school recently sent out an email about symptoms, because there was a strain at another college nearby, could any of this be a sign of that?

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Sensitivity to light in your case could be due to uncontrolled migraines, dry eyes, sleep disorders, anemia, low blood pressure and fatigue. If you wear spectacles or have a recent history of something falling in eyes do consult your eye specialist. Your symptoms could be due to acidity too. If you do not have neck stiffness, fever and chills chances are that it is not meningitis.
Hope this helps. Consult your doctor. You need proper investigations to reach a diagnosis.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
