No clue what is going on, having chronic diarrhea and I do not know why.

A little too uncomfortable to be embarassed about.

Anyway, five weeks ago, I travelled to both Palestine and Jordan, spending four weeks there. By the second week, I had what I thought was travellers diarrhea. So be it, I simply waited for it to end. Now, a week after my return, I still suffer the same, if not more severe.

I do not think I am digesting much at all, constantly tired, weight loss, always thirsty. Anything I consume leaves my body within several hours, seemingly untouched.

I have heard of an elimination diet if the cause is considered to be part of the diet but I doubt this, as my diet now is entirely different to that of a week ago.

One week isnt a long time... It takes time for your immune system to adjust in case you caught a bad bacterial infection. Coca-cola should help with diarrhea.
What did your doctor say? Did you take any blood tests?
