Small lump on my vagina?

Okay, so tonight I found a small lump about the size of a kidney bean on my vagina, near my inner thigh. It hurts a little when I put pressure on it, and is hard to the touch. I haven't noticed it before today, so I don't think it's been there long. If anyone has any idea as to what it may be, please tell me. I'm scared to death it may be cancerous.. Help?

U should of course have a doctor look at it to make sure but it may just be something simple like an ingrown hair try to hot pack it and see if it come to a head like a pimple would? If so it will hurt but u can pop it. I'm no doctor but have had this and its very painful and scared me pretty bad too

It sounds like a little cyst or infection in one of the lubricating glands, but I'm no doctor. If you're really scared to death, for heaven's sake make an appointment!! If it is cancer, ignoring it won't help, and if it isn't, you can stop worrying and get it treated.

Put a hot compress on it! And maybe some antibiotic ointment on it wait a couple of days if it gets worse GO TO THE DOCTOR! It is probably an infected hair follicle.
