Head sore to touch, amoung other things

I'm 18 years old, active and I'd like to consider myself fit. Recently I have been getting problems that started with a virus I had 1 week prior. The virus was terribe as it effected my vision, concentration and awareness aswell as giving me.a headache, pain in the head to touch it, sore neck glands ect. Instead of this sickness going away it has stayed with me in a small way for an extra week (making it last for 2 weeks).
I have noticed now that my head hurts when I touch it mainly near the top, also when I run my finger through my hair it seems to hurt at the hair roots. I also have a slight headache aswell as slightly sore neck glands. I am dizzy and it is hard for me to think straight.
Another thing that I should mention is that I have had a burning sensation when I pee which has lasted for some months now. Having anti biotics to treat my uti got rid of the uti but I still have the symptoms. Thanks

It sounds like you may have mononucleosis (caused by the Epstein Barr virus).  Your symptoms are pretty common to mono,  and you should show up "positive" at this point for antibodies if you are tested.

The bladder thing may be something completely different,  and not related to the symptoms you are experiencing now.   Sometimes diet can relieve bladder sensitivity.  Google Interstitial Cystitis (IC) to find a bladder-friendly diet.

Best wishes.
