Soreness/slight burning on head of penis during sex

Will do my best to be as specific as I can, hopefully someone can offer some help as I cant see someone for two weeks nearly.

Recently while masturbating I noticed the right side under the head of the penis and it feels like just below the underside of the head it's felt sore, I'd say close to an almost raw feeling, I felt it might have been from friction, three days later I noticed it again while masturbating. It's not enough pain to cause me to stop I didn't notice any redness, sore or red spots(im also uncircumsized not sure if that helps or makes a difference) a week later I have unprotected sex with my girlfriend, I noticed while inside her the head felt hot, not burning but the feeling was enough for me to notice(or im just focusing too much on it)

At any rate this has puzzled me and I'm not sure what it could be if it may be an STD, some kind of skin rash or, well what it could be. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, I'll offer any help I can. Thank you

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
There are various causes for pain or soreness at the tip of the penis. Exact diagnosis is difficult without examination. However here is a list of diseases that can cause pain at the tip of penis: erection that does not go away (priapism), genital herpes, infected prosthesis of the penis (if you have one), cancer of the penis, infection under the foreskin of uncircumcised men (balanitis, most common cause), inflammation of the prostate gland (prostatitis), injury, Peyronie's disease, pimples, Reiter syndrome, sickle cell anemia, syphilis, and urethritis caused by chlamydia or gonorrhea. It could also be due to frictional injury.
Please consult an urologist and get a swab culture from tip of penis and urine and semen examination done.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Wasnt just during masterbation but also oral and vaginal intercourse, was just a mild discomfort, nothing like oh dear god make it stop. I started drinking cranberry juice and thought possibly it could be an UTI but wasn't sure. Thankfully it seems to have gone away so I don't know if it was friction, a possible mild UTI or even something to do with the nerves. But i've stopped worrying for the most part and I have slowed things down abit.

it sounds like friction if its only happening when your masterbating try using lubrications .

To add more to this, I'm not a frequent masturbator(thankfully due to my girlfriend) so it just threw me off guard that before I seemed fine and then to suddenly get into it and feel that pain it let me know something might be wrong, so yes I thought it could be from possibly being ruff, same with intercourse, however(and recently) she had given me oral and was very gentle about it, I noticed a soreness almost exactly on the underside of the rim on the left side, it caused some discomfort but wasn't any seering pain and I don't feel any pain when ejaculating. As well there was no pain after either, it just seems to be occuring when I am erect and having some form of intercourse. This is beginning to drive me up the wall and I wish I knew what this was or what was causing it as I'm very paranoid about keeping my girlfriend safe as well as myself.

Ok basicly you may need to stop masturbaiting for a week or two. And maybe the reason why its sore is because maybe while your masturbaiting and having sex your doing it top ruff/hard. I may not be able to help that much but if i could see it for myself i may know what it may be. so stop masturbaiting for a week or more and if you had sex with a condom it may have rubbed your **** sorry for that word your penis and gave it a rash but stop having sex for a few days and you will see a diffrence (buy a better condom for having GOOD sex next time) have all the best in your sex life for the futer and make sure YOU USE PRECTION WHEN YOU NEED IT AND ONLY DONT USE IY WHEN YOU WANT TO GET YOUR PARTNER PREGNANT X all the best xxxxxxxx luv u xxxxxx
