Can anybody help me?

Hello, i need someones help. Lately i have had stomach pains in the middle of my lower stomach. Last night i was having sex with my fiance and i all of a sudden got a wave of nausea that came over me. I felt like i was about to vomit. We stopped and i just laid there for a while. I was still really nauseous and had to go to the bathroom. As soon as i got up i got severe cramps and sharp pains across my lower stomach. I have also had really bad headaches the past couple days. This morning i woke up n same thing. A severe headache is what woke me up. As soon as i woke up i also had the nausea and stomach pains. The pains are to the point where it hurts to breath right now. When i breathe out and my stomach goes down it feels like someone is pressing their fist n knuckles into my lower stomach. Does anybody know what this is? I dont have a history of this kind of stuff. I am not on any medications. Only things i have been on in the past year or so was the pill. I started in september or 2011 and was off in march of 2012 as my fiance and i have been trying for a baby. I am a fairly healthy 19 years old female. I have also had a decrease in appetite and then i will be starving. It fluctuates. I do not have a fever. So anybody have some advice?! :'(

Any pain when you breath in or in the back of your right shoulder? Get two fingers together, breath I deep and push up under your last rib on the right. If it hurts a lot, there is a chance you might have gall stones. My attacks would come on so suddenly, it was a big mush of agony, nausea, vomiting, light headed ness and the shakes. See a doctor, demand tests! Best of luck!!!! Xo

maybe you could have a water infection this can cause sickness and severe pain please see a doctor
