Swollen Lymph Nodes and Sporadic Limb Pain

I'm a 25 year old male, thin frame, who has always been active and in good health. This all started 10 months ago when I started to notice swollen lymph nodes in my neck. Aside from the swelling and occasional tenderness there were no other symptoms. On two occasions I ended up with cold sweats which caused me to see my doctor. I was referred to a surgeon who ultimately removed a lymph node to biopsy and rule out lymphoma. The incision site got infected leading to a daily packing of an open wound. Towards the end of the healing process I had a bad case of Strep that put me on a 10 course of Keflex. By the time I had finished the antibiotics the neck was just about healed.
Things seemed normal for a couple of weeks. I got another sore throat that lasted 5-6 days and cleared up on its own. A few days later, another one. I'm now on my third sore throat in a little over a month and a half but these all new symptoms have me really concerned. Really bad pain in the soles of my feet. It feels like the bones. All of my limbs have this squeezing feeling that comes and goes; side to side. The worst is my left upper arm seemingly right between the bicep and tricep. This same type of pain occasionally goes to the right arm and into my legs. My joints also hurt fairly regularly. This absolutely keeps me up at night. GI discomfort and mild neck pain add to the hassle yet no one can diagnose it. I have had Lyme before, Mono as well. I have eosinophilic esophagitis and take omeprazole for it daily. Lyme came back negative (though it did when I had it last time too). My SED rate is normal, all rheumatological tests came back clean, as did HIV and lupus. No abnormalities on a CBC and my B12 is fine. I'm to a point where Im just at a complete loss. I hope someone here has had better luck.
