Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Decrease in tears, dryness of eye, conjunctivitis, palpebral edema, stye, lacrimal sac infection, eye strain, refractive errors of eye like near or far sightedness etc can all cause blurry vision.
Please consult an eye specialist and do not ignore this. Take care!

I agree with Chris. I have vision problems that I correct with both glasses and contacts, but during windy days, cold days, or even really hot days my eyes still dry out causing blurry vision. If it's to the point of just being relentless go to your eye doctor. Maybe you have some sort of chronic eye dryness that can be helped with drops.
